Shipping Policy

• All orders ship via USPS or UPS standard shipping and will be shipped within 7 business days of transaction completion.
• In most cases, your order will ship the same day if received before 9AM Monday-Friday.
• You can select expedited delivery at checkout for an additional fee.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us.  If you are not satisfied, please call us or email through our contact page and explain the problem you are encountering with the product. We will then provide you with the next step based on your individual case.

• Description of the Problem
• Proof of Purchase
• It is recommend that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. We will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving.
